Return & Refund Policy – Polar Avenue

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Polar Avenue by email within 14 days of delivery with a clear statement of their decision to withdraw from the contract.

After submitting the withdrawal request, the customer has an additional 14 days to return the product.


2. Conditions for Returns

During the withdrawal period, customers must handle the product and packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as would be permitted in a physical retail store.

Returned products must:

  • Be complete

  • Be undamaged

  • Be free from excessive signs of use

If the product shows usage beyond what is necessary for inspection, Polar Avenue reserves the right to apply a reasonable depreciation. Any depreciation will be clearly justified and deducted from the refund amount.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was delivered incorrectly or damaged by Polar Avenue.

The customer bears responsibility for the return shipment until it is received by Polar Avenue. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking.


4. Refunds

Once a valid return is received and inspected, Polar Avenue will refund all payments made by the customer, including standard outbound shipping costs (excluding any extra costs for premium delivery options), within 14 days.

Polar Avenue may withhold reimbursement until:

  • The returned goods have been received, or

  • Proof of return shipment has been provided

Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.


5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened

  • Products that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

Where legally permitted.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers should contact Polar Avenue as soon as reasonably possible so we can provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement or refund.
